Object of the study: the course of pregnancy after the application of various programs of DRT in overweight women, perinatal consequences. The purpose of this work was to investigate perinatal complications during pregnancy obtained by ART and to compare groups of women with surrogate mothers who had low levels of somatic and gynecological morbidity and women with obesity-treated infertility. Research methods: clinical and statistical, clinical and laboratory, analysis of scientific literature. 19 case histories of patients of IPF Clinic were analyzed (they were divided into 2 groups - 1 group consisted of 13 surrogate mothers and 2 - 6 women preparing for their own infertility DRT programs), and 14 pregnancy and childbirth histories of were treated and delivered at the Department of Pathology of Pregnancy and Childbirth, State Institution «Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology. OM Lukianova NAMS of Ukraine ”for 2019, which was divided into 2 groups: 3 groups (21.4%) were women who became pregnant after the IVF on the background of obesity; to 4 groups - 11 (78.6%) women who had pregnancy without the use of DRT against obesity. The women were examined clinically and laboratory by a reproductologist, obstetrician, gynecologist, and related specialists. All women who were registered for pregnancy were examined according to 417 orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 15.07.2011 and 787 orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Surrogate mothers received hormone replacement therapy for the first 10 weeks of pregnancy according to current protocols № 787 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The case histories of gynecological patients from 2017 to 2019 were used, including those that are currently on record at the Institute of Family Planning LLC.
