Subject - the processes of radionuclide migration between elements of agricultural ecosystems.
Selective monitoring of radioactive contamination of agricultural products produced on the territory of Ukraine, which contaminated by the Chernobyl deposition, was carried out. The critical regions, characterized by high radionuclide migration between the agrobiocenosis units, were highlighted. Coefficients of radionuclide accumulation by cereals growing on sod-podzolic soils were updated. Experimental information was recorded in the environmental monitoring database. The prognosis of the radiological situation development was performed. On the basis of the conducted experimental researches methodological recommendations on the radiological assessment of land abandoned after the Chornobyl accident and methodological recommendations on radiological assessment of land at re-zoning were developed
