Work has been done to stabilize the beam parameters at the entrance to the proton beam writing channel. Samples with a multilayer coating and a fixed resist thickness were prepared and a current control system was developed in the electrolysis process. Experiments were conducted on the irradiation of the samples, their further processing, and the geometric dimensions were determined using a scanning electron microscope.
