Description

Theoretical and experimental studies of the focusing processes of the beam of protons of MeV energy into the line have been carried out. Work has been done to stabilize the beam parameters at the entrance to the proton beam writing channel. Samples with a multilayer coating and a fixed resist thickness were prepared and a current control system was developed in the electrolysis process. Experiments were conducted on the irradiation of the samples, their further processing, and the geometric dimensions were determined using a scanning electron microscope. X-ray diffraction gratings for phase contrast imaging were obtained
