Description

 Methods and means of registration and processing of electrophysiological signals are developed. Algorithms for isolation of individual components and their information features, algorithms for diagnostics of fetal and maternal cardiac activity and disorders based on fetal monitoring data are proposed. The equipment, algorithms, and software for the system of ultrasonic monitoring of the fetus and mother condition are provided, which provides long-term outpatient and home monitoring of fetal and maternal cardiac activity as well as uterine activity, express analysis of these data, prompt transmission of monitoring results to the center. processing and diagnostics of disorders of cardiac activity and functional state of the fetus. Portable telemedicine monitors designed to transmit multichannel data over the Internet via mobile communication systems are offered. Medical researches have been carried out with the purpose of application of the developed hardware and software tools.
