The purpose of the work is to increase the performance of the athletes of the national teams of Ukraine in the priority Olympic sports and to bring them in optimal condition to the main competitions (II European Games 2019 in Minsk (Belarus), III Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lausanne (Switzerland), XXXII 2020 in Tokyo (Japan)) through the implementation of sound medical and biological support of the training process based on the development and justification of a set of functional criteria, hematological parameters, component body composition of athletes to assess current adaptation processes and highly functional state of athletes and subsequent correction of the training process and prevent overvoltage.
Tasks of work:
1. To monitor the functional status of athletes (elite / leading groups) of national teams of Ukraine in the priority Olympic sports.
2. To carry out complex medical and biological control of the efficiency of the process of training of athletes and its correction for achievement of the highest training effect and prevention of overstrain of functional systems of an organism of athletes (elite / leading groups) of national teams of Ukraine from the priority summer Olympic kinds.
3. Establish relationships between basic performance indicators and component body composition of triathlete athletes, as well as individual hematologic athletes.
4. Provide medical and biological support for athletes (elite / leading groups) of national teams of Ukraine on priority summer Olympic sports in the annual macrocycle of sports training.
The object is a system of medical and biological support for the training of athletes of national teams of Ukraine (elite / leading groups).
