This project is devoted to the study of fundamental properties of an original 2D + nD (n = 0, 1 та 3) hybrid material, which fabrication route is compatible with standard microelectronics processes and which offers new prospects for nanoelectronics and spintronics. The aim of this work is the complex investigation of mixed-dimensional nanostructures using a number of complementary methods. The second stage of the study is devoted to the study of Van der Waals mixed-dimensional heterostructures obtained in lyotropic liquid crystal media.
