The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and scientific and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of the adaptive management system of enterprisehuman capital in order to ensure the effective course of the reproduction process. Research methods are as follows: historical and systematic approaches, methods of comparative, structural-functional and terminological analysis, generalization and scientific abstraction, etc. The most significant scientific results of the performed research are along these lines: 1) it is the first time that a conceptual model of adaptive management of industrial enterprises human capital reproduction has been developed, which characterizes it as a management based on the establishment and identification of signal characterizing human capital and the state of its reproduction, identification of sources and consequences of changes and their consideration in the development and implementation of management decisions formed by the use of analytical technologies and economic models whichresulted in the transformation of the aggregate characteristics of human capital; 2) it is the first time a multilevel system of indicators of human capital measurement of industrial enterprises with requirements for its formation, its levels, their compliance with the stages of reproduction of this capital (namely, formation and use) has been proposed.
