The purpose of the research is to develop scientifically sound recommendations for improving the logistics system of the enterprise. Research Methods - The fundamental provisions of logistics, legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine, monographs, scientific articles of domestic and foreign scientists became the theoretical and methodological basis of the research. Both general and specific research methods are used in the work. The methods of systematization, algorithmization, etc. were used in the development and implementation of directions for improving the formation of the logistics system. Theoretical results - scientific research is aimed at substantiating the theoretical basis of providing and solving topical issues of improving logistic systems of enterprises in market conditions. Practical results - the main provisions of the work are brought to the level of methodical generalizations and applied tools, which enables the enterprise to make informed decisions regarding the formation of an effective logistic system of the enterprise.
