 The results of researches and deepening of theoretical and methodological bases and improvement of appropriate approaches to the analysis, formalization and increase of the level of financial stability of the movement of financial flows of economic agents are presented in the work The essential understanding of the concept of financial stability from the point of view of defining its structural components is deepened. The modern organizational and economic support of the financial stability of the banking system is outlined. The methodological basis of the organization and functioning of the banking supervision mechanism, as well as the principles and methods of ensuring the financial stability of the stock market development are characterized. The level of financial stability of the banking system of Ukraine has been monitored and interpreted, taking into account relevant indicators. The methodology for determining the optimal financial performance of economic agents and a methodical approach to identifying crisis features in the development of an economic agent are presented. A technique for controlling the dynamics of financial flows of economic agents for strategic stability diagnostics has been developed. Recommendations for improving the system of financial stability in the activity of economic agents are offered. The concept of management of financial development of economic agents through the system of rating, forecasting and realization of the target project is outlined. A methodological approach to the analysis of financial stability of the banking system using the wavelet ideology has been developed. An approach has been developed to use functional modeling to ensure the financial stability of the banking system. The approach to the adaptation of the subjects to the conditions of the changing economic space is improved.
