An atom-emission spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma (ICP AES) has been developed and tested with a permanent magnet. The HF plasma source with a compact permanent magnet system to be applied in ICP AES of low pressure and liquid sample introduction was designed. Instead of a photomultiplier, a charge-coupled device TCD1304 has been used for accumulating the spectra. A multiplication, synchronization, processing system for the signals has been designed on basis of a microcontroller STM32F103C8T6 ARM. A software package for a spectrometer detector has been created. The package allows a two-mode accumulation of the spectra as follows: in a one-line time sweep mode (to study the processes in real-time) and in a wave-length polychromator mode. Spectra are automatically acquired, identified and processed.   Product Description popup.authors Ivanyuk Vyktor K Buhay Oleksandr M Bulat Volodymyr B Mordyk Sergii M popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
