Description
The object of study is the law and law of criminal law in the globalization period.
The purpose of the work is to identify the resource potential and substantiation of the directions of improvement of the legislation and norms of law of the criminal law direction in the period of globalization.
The study was conducted within the framework of criminal law, criminology and criminal law. In the course of the research, both general and specific scientific methods were used, incl. historical-legal, comparative, dialectical, systemic, logical (dogmatic) methods.
The research was conducted in several main areas: the methodological foundations of the study of criminal law, criminology and criminal law; crime and punishment; offense; types of crimes; classification of crimes; qualification of crimes; the phenomenon of crime; types of crime; crime prevention; system of criminal law; rights and responsibilities of convicts.
Research materials are embodied in the educational process - general and special courses in criminal law, criminology and criminal law. Published 1 monograph and 3 textbooks. 2 PhD Theses have been prepared.
Estimated assumptions about the development of the object of study: it is advisable to continue to study the law of criminal law.
