Description

The object of study is the mass-exchange processes of production of hydrocarbon fuels. The purpose of the work is to increase the operational efficiency of industrial oil refining plants by increasing the yield of light distillate fractions. Research methods - standardized methods for determining the physicochemical properties of petroleum. The novelty of the results is the disclosure of the mechanism of the intensifying action of hydrodynamic cavitation on water-fuel emulsions; substantiation and experimental confirmation of the proposed foundations of technological process of cavitation processing of hydrocarbon raw materials in rotary hydrodynamic devices for obtaining high-quality fuels in the conditions of semi-industrial production.
