 The methods of immobilization of recombinant (His) 6-tagged form of creatinineiminase on the surface of graphite amperometric electrodes, pre-modified with the ammonium-sensitive PANi / Cu2O nanocomposite, were developed and worked out. Laboratory prototypes of enzyme sensors have been developed for the determination of creatinine and their basic analytical characteristics (sensitivity, selectivity, stability, reproducibility, etc.) have been studied.
