Application of historical method in research allowed to show development of theory, legislation and practice on questions a labour right in the years of independence of Ukraine, and also to ground the necessity of further scientific researches on these questions. The method of normatively-comparative analysis was used for research of norms of current labour legislation of Ukraine. A Formally-logical method assisted the exposure of inconsistencies, problem moments at consideration of concept vehicle of labour legal relationships, and also allowed to set forth reasonable conclusions, suggestions and recommendations in the context of optimization of the legal adjusting of labour relations on the modern stage, determinations of tendencies and directions of their improvement. The use of method of analysis and synthesis allowed more system and concertedly to consider the problem questions of current labour legislation of Ukraine.
