The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological and organizational bases for training specialists in the financial and credit sector in the conditions of functioning of the new economy. In the course of the work a number of results have been obtained that have scientific and practical value: the definition of "new economy", in particular, its essence, main categories and principles, its influence on the transformation of the financial and credit sphere of Ukraine has been improved; scientific approaches to the development of theoretical and methodological and organizational principles for training specialists in the financial and credit sphere in the conditions of functioning of the new economy; methodological bases of formation of creative thinking of specialists of financial and credit sphere; the intellectual technique, which is the basis of creativity of the economically active specialist, which is formed on the basis of mathematical and logical knowledge and acquired practical skills, has been further developed; systems of information and practical training of creative specialists of financial and credit institutions; practical use of economic and mathematical models in the preparation of the specialist of the domestic financial and credit sphere; approaches to the formation of curricula and educational and vocational programs, which provide for the cross-curriculum of students of the disciplines of mathematics and information complexes, cross-curricular relations, continuity of informative-mathematical training of higher education applicants. The developed methodological bases of formation of creative thinking of specialists of financial and credit sphere are recommended for introduction in higher education institutions in the educational process.
