The purpose of the study is to formulate the procedure of examination of legislative and regulatory legal acts in the economic sphere and to develop scientific and practical recommendations for improving their effectiveness. Research methods: theoretical generalization, systemic, logical, graphical analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, classification method, comparative method, grouping, descriptions.
