The object of study is the process of examination of legislative and regulatory acts in the economic sphere.
The purpose of the study is to formulate the procedure of examination of legislative and regulatory legal acts in the economic sphere and to develop scientific and practical recommendations for improving their effectiveness.
Research methods: theoretical generalization, systemic, logical, graphical analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, classification method, comparative method, grouping, descriptions.
Results of research and their novelty:
- Theoretical aspects of the examination of legislative and regulatory acts are investigated,
- the classification of types of expertise of legislative and regulatory acts has been improved,
- identified the problematic aspects of the current legal support for the examination of regulatory acts of Ukraine in the economic sphere;
- systematic experience of the countries of the world in carrying out expert examination of legal acts in the economic sphere;
- analytical support for the evaluation of the procedure of examination of legislative and regulatory acts has been developed,
- developed methodological support for the analysis of the methods of conducting anti-corruption expertise of legislative and regulatory acts;
- methodological approach to conducting anti-corruption expert examination of legislative and regulatory acts in the economic sphere has been improved;
- organizational and methodological support of the procedure of examination of regulatory legal acts in the economic sphere has been developed;
