Description

 The purpose of the work is to create a set of legal and technical documents necessary to ensure the implementation of the information and telecommunication system «State Information System of Education». As a result of the research, the functioning of the information and telecommunication system «State Information System of Education» has been improved, which ensures the formation of a single information space for statistics and analytics of general and preschool educational institutions of Ukraine. The technical documentation necessary for the procedure of certification of comprehensive information security system (CISS) has been developed. The development and implementation of the CISS information and telecommunication system takes into account the current trends in the development of secure information technologies, the development of appropriate information security, and the development of a state regulatory framework for the technical protection of information. The scientific research work contains: Information Security Policy, Upgrade Order, Information Security Plan, Instruction Manual for Educational Officers and Educational Institutions, System Administrator Instruction, Technical Administrator Instruction, Function Control Organization Instruction, Automated Workstation Administrators and Respondents Instruction Procedure information, Model of the offender, Explanatory note to the engineering project.
