 The object of the research is the institutional factors of economic development of Ukraine. The purpose of the paper is to investigate the essence of institutional factors of economic development of Ukraine. The basis of this study is a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes. Scientific novelty is to study the essence of institutional factors of economic development of Ukraine; formulation of hypotheses of research, substantiation and development of economic-mathematical model of development and influence of institutional factors on the economy of Ukraine; analysis of theoretical decision and formulation of conclusions of theoretical research, regarding institutional factors of economic development of Ukraine.
