Object of study: hydrodynamics of single- and two-phase flows in new designs of high-performance apparatus for processes of mass transfer and pneumatic classification. Purpose of study: development of new structures and creation of a scientifically grounded methodology for calculating hydrodynamic factors of the flow of phases and optimal dimensions of devices for the processes mentioned above. Research methods: experimental and mathematical modeling of the processes of hydrodynamics and pneumoclassification were performed by standard methods. The results of the study are aimed at creating a methodology for the calculation of a more efficient apparatus for the processes of mass transfer and pneumatic classification. Research results have been used to calculate and develop self-priming ejection mixers, which have been successfully tested in the industrial settings and recommended for production
