The volume and structure of the report: the report written according to the rules of reporting in the field of science and technology (DSTU 3008-95) consists of 171 pages of typewritten text. Consists of introduction, 5 main chapters and 14 units, conclusions, recommendations, list of references, 3 appendices. Field of application: intensive therapy and anaesthesiology, endovascular cardiology, endocrinology, cardology adult cardiology. Object of research: disorders of carbohydrate metabolism in patients with acute coronary syndrome on the background of myocardial revascularization. Objective: to improve the results of endovascular treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome and diabetes mellitus in conditions of intensive care units through the development of optimal diagnostic and therapeutic tactics. Research methods: physical, clinical-laboratory, clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunoassay, x-ray, revascularisation, statistical. Based on the analyzed and systematized data on the violation of the metabolism of carbohydrates in patients with a complicated course of ischemic heart disease in 226 patients studied predictors, factors, features of atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary arteries. In 89 patients studied early methods of verification peredaet after PKV and tactics of their treatment. By analyzing the relationship between the angiographic picture of the coronary arteries and impaired glucose metabolism in patients with CHD for the first time revealed that the presence of peredam or type 2 diabetes moderately correlated with the number of coronary arteries with atherosclerotic lesions and strongly correlated with the severity of atherosclerotic changes in coronary vessels. The last connection was made using the first offered by us is the total degree of coronary artery lesions. Our study is the first that establishes an inverse relationship between the presence and amount of atheroscle Product Description popup.authors Voronenko Volodymyr V Kuzmenko Sergij O Kutyko Nataliya M Lysak Olexandr Yu Mankovskyi Georgii B.
