The aim of the work is to establish the optimal technological modes of synthesis of silicon heterostructures based on nanocrystalline silicon from the point of view of obtaining of maximum photosensitivity and photoelectric properties. The first section presents an analysis of structural types of photovoltaic converters. The second section presents the physical and technological conditions of synthesis and features of nanostructured silicon for use in solar cells. The third section describes the experimental equipment for obtaining of experimental samples and investigations of the structural, electrical, photoelectric and photosensitive properties of experimental samples.
