Description

 SnO2/М (М=Sb, La, Pd, Pt) - GO - MWCNT composite from SnO2/М doped nanocrystallines and carbon nanoparticles (GO and MWCNT) has been synthesized. Testing of this material with methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol and benthen vapour with concentration 0,5-10 ppm showed the possibility of analysis in the range less then 1 ppm and possibility of selective determination of butanol and propanol in this mixture. Stability of conductivity of this material for 10 days at its work in harsh condition (200 оС, aggressive gas atmosphere of VOCs) has been also noticed
