At the alcoholic beverages of Ukraine, which have implemented effective methods and equipment to ensure the stability of the quality of vodkas, specialty vodkas, alcoholic beverages, new types of beverages in appearance and strength, increase the shelf life of beverages, research and scientifically sound norms of losses of ethyl alcohol during production, storage, movement and transportation of alcoholic beverages. The first edition of the project "Standards for losses of ethyl alcohol during the production of alcoholic beverages" was developed and submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine.
