Purpose: to conduct research on the development, manufacture, equipment and assembly of high-speed armored patrol boats for law enforcement agencies and military formations. Development of technical requirements (terms of reference) to be put forward in the design of a prototype high-speed armored boat, which would provide patrols in coastal areas of seas and rivers and combat missions by special units of the National Guard of Ukraine. Results and their novelty: the result is the development of basic technical requirements for the design and manufacture of high-speed armored boats and technical documentation (technical task) for research and development work "Development and manufacture of multi-purpose high-speed armored boats", code "Eel". The results of the work will provide an opportunity to assess the state of equipment of law enforcement agencies and military formations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with high-speed armored patrol boats, analyze what factors affect the boat design process, prepare basic technical requirements for high-speed armored boats. needs of the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as contribute to the optimization of costs for the design and manufacture of prototypes.
