The object of research is the customs regulation of foreign economic activity.
The subject of the research is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of customs regulation of foreign economic and improvement of customs and tax policy of Ukraine.
The purpose of the work is to evaluate the application of customs regulation instruments and to develop practical recommendations for improving customs and tax policy in the context of European integration.

A comparative analysis of domestic and European experience in the application of benefits for VAT taxation of transactions for the supply of socially important groups of goods and services. The main results of the study were implemented in the educational process of KhNEU. S.
