In this work the tumour cell culture was studied by CARS spectroscopy before and after treatment with boron nitride nanoparticles and the antitumor drug doxorubicin. Images of experimental samples and characteristics of the CARS spectra were obtained and analysed. It has been shown that bright spots with luminescent nature appear in the cell structure after repeated scans. The appearance of such objects may be associated with apoptosis processes.
