The significant influence of dynamical factor on scattering was reviled for second class defects. The built model of dynamical diffraction in crystals with second types defects has been generalized by considering of full multiplicity of scattering by periodic and non-periodic parts of crystalline potential. The dynamical theoty of diffraction in crystals with second type defects has been generalized by takin into account of disturbed surface layer. Interferential interaction between base crystal volume and disturbed surface layer has been considered. The statistical dynamical model of Bragg diffraction in multi-layered systems with crystalline and amorphous layers and defects of first and second class has been built. The case of two-layer systems, which consist of two amorphous, amorphous and crystalline and two crystalline layers has been considered in details. The statistical dynamical differential model of coherent en diffuse scattering in multilayered systems with non-homogeneous by depth distribution of defects of first and second class by Krivoglaz has been built. The full multiplicity of diffuse and coherent scattering between layers has been considered. The model of dynamical diffraction in crystals with defects of second class and non-homogeneously distributed macro deformations has been built.
