The object of research - world trends in the development of ground-based robotic systems, their tactical and technical characteristics and experience of their use. The purpose of the work is to determine the stages and main measures to equip ground-based robotic complexes of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to increase the efficiency of their use. The analysis of the classification and types of ground-based robotic complexes of the world's leading manufacturers is carried out in the work; the implementation of projects (programs, concepts, strategies) for the development of ground robotics in developed countries is analyzed; the current state of development and proposals of domestic manufacturers to meet the need to equip military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with ground-based robotic systems; approaches to the logistics of ground-based robotic systems are proposed; recomendations for development of the draft Concept of equipping military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with ground-based robotic complexes for the period up to 2025 are proposed
