The generalization and systematization of existing theoretical and methodological approaches to the interpretation of the concept of inclusiveness was further developed; improved understanding of the phenomena of "structural change" and "structural policy" through the prism of inclusion in economic development of the concept of inclusiveness, ie the study of these phenomena in terms of identifying signs of extractive / inclusive economic structure and its ability not only to maintain sustainable economic growth in the long run but also to achieve equal and fair distribution of social and material benefits between different segments of the population; for the first time the list of components is formulated, the tools of monitoring and estimation of level of inclusive development of regions on the basis of application of the corresponding Index of inclusive development of regions of Ukraine are developed, and the tendencies of inclusive development of economy of regions of Ukraine on the basis of use of the specified index are carried out; for the first time the peculiarities of inclusiveness in the development of the national economy at the regional level on the basis of the indicator of sectoral diversification of economic activity were revealed; deepened understanding of the importance of the industrial component of the economy to ensure inclusiveness and achieve all, without exception, the Sustainable Development Goals.
