The component composition and the deformation scheme of the powder material for the funnels of shaped charges are optimized. The mechanism of the formation of defects in the structure of the extruded material on the basis of a plastic matrix and hard inclusions is established. A simulation of the parameters of a cumulative jet was carried out taking into account the physicomechanical properties of the mixture components. Developed recommendations for the creation of a technological process for the manufacture of powder funnels of shaped-charge warheads.
