Today, investment and construction activities in Ukraine are taking place in unstable conditions under the influence of various external factors. This necessitates creative solutions to problems that arise. Any process and decisions must be viewed from different angles: technological, organizational, time and financial. All this requires high-quality engineering solutions and, accordingly, their economic assessment. The need to disclose the essence of engineering, its impact on the efficiency of the economy, the relationship with business processes and innovations appeared due to the growing demand for engineering activities in Ukraine.
