The object of research is the process of development of private finances in the conditions of instability of the Ukrainian economy.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate scientific and practical recommendations for the development of private finance in the instability of the Ukrainian economy. Research methods: abstract-logical and analytical methods, graphical methods, comparative and structural analysis, economic-mathematical methods, methods of system and correlation-regression analysis, etc.
The scientific novelty of the study is to deepen the theoretical foundations, methodological approaches and substantiation of scientific and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of corporate financing policy, improving analytical tools in the field of finance to provide methodological support to companies in the real sector of the economy. transformation of macro- and institutional factors of private finance development. The proposed recommendations serve as a basis for comprehensive changes in the field of private finance in the conditions of instability of the Ukrainian economy.
According to the results of research on "Development of private finance in the instability of the Ukrainian economy" (number 0117U000446): published 25 articles in publications included in international scientometric databases, including: 18 articles in publications included in the international scientometric database Index Copernicus and others; published 19 abstracts; 1 scientific seminar and 2 round tables with international participation were held.
