The object of the study is the corporate system of the agricultural sector of the domestic economy and the main trends and patterns of its development.
The purpose of the study: to develop the scientific principles of corporatization of the agricultural sector and its institutional support, to determine the specifics, forms and effectiveness of the interaction of agricultural corporations and other subjects of economic relations. Research methods: statistical, economic-mathematical, abstract-logical, monographic, computational-analytical, systemic, structural-functional and comparative analysis, etc. Main scientific results: developed theoretical foundations of the process of corporatization of the agricultural sector; the main tendencies of functioning and organizational and legal differences of different types of agricultural corporations are outlined; scientific assessments of the consequences for the domestic economy and industry from the intensification of the processes of corporatization of the agricultural sector; features of corporate land use transformation are determined; outlines priorities and mechanisms of public-private partnership in the agrarian sector.
