The cytotoxicity of the 2D nanoparticles based on molybdenum sulfide (MoS2), boron nitride (BN) was investigated. It was shown if the nanoparticles are able to enhance the cytotoxic effect of the traditional chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin on malignant cells culture in vitro. The dependence of the nanoparticles effect from their concentration and duration of incubation was obtained. It was found that nanomaterials in the case of their combined use with doxorubicin, at least, do not reduce the cytotoxic effect of the antitumour drug on malignant cells.
