In order to protect agricultural machinery, structures and maintenance personnel from the action of intense dynamic loads, methods have been developed for selecting rheological parameters of protective elements based on factors such as relaxation curves, relaxation peak on frequency dependences of dissipation coefficient, hysteresis loop parameters; and the methods of calculating the static and dynamic characteristics of resource-limiting elements are determined by continuous functions. The theory of continuous models of durability of resource-limiting elements of complex technical agricultural systems on the basis of the multicriteria approach is created. High-performance tools for technical service and methods for assessing the improvement of safety in agriculture based on the concept of man-made and social risks have been developed. Development of a method for calculating the parameters of low-frequency protective elements of agricultural structures, machines and units, taking into account physical nonlinearity based on the beta method will increase the reliability, durability (5-10%) and safety of units, machines and structures of the agro-industrial complex. The technique can be used in the development of engineering methods for calculating parts and components of agriculture machines.
