As a result, the mechanism of legal regulation of labor relations was improved, trends in their development in modern economic conditions were identified, and ways to reform social security were outlined as well. The tendency of development of contractual regulation in the context of the European integration processes of Ukraine, the improved legal form of the contract and its content, as a universal regulator of public relations were outlined. The effectiveness of studying the institution of bankruptcy in the new economic conditions was substantiated, taking into account the economic essence and efficiency of functioning. The negative aspects of bankruptcy, the order of reorganization, and its impact on the social protection of employees of enterprises, institutions, organizations were analyzed.
The work performed underlies the selection of the department research topics for 2021-2025.
