The aim of the work is to investigate the intercalation of rhenium compounds (I,III) in zirconium phosphate layers for targeted delivery of the substance, to investigate the fluorescent properties of rhenium(I) compounds in an rigid environment of zirconium hydrogen phosphate; to obtain nanoparticles based on complex compounds of rhenium(III) with teranostic properties; to summarize the results of research concerning obtained targeted nanosystems loaded with rhenium compounds (I,III) and formulate the concept of the feasibility of using targeted nanosystems loaded with Rhenium compounds in medicine and diagnostics. Research Methods - experimental studies using elemental analysis, electron and infrared (IR) -atomic absorption spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, fluorescence microscopy, analysis of erythrocyte permeability. The features of intercalation of rhenium(I) compounds into zirconium hydrogen phosphate layers for targeted delivery of the substance have been determined. The luminescent properties of the obtained nanosystems loaded with rhenium(I) compounds for the implementation of a diagnostic approach to the treatment of cancer have been studied. Nanoparticles based on rhenium(III) complex compounds with teranostic properties, which combine diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities for treatment, were obtained and their effectiveness was investigated by experiments with human and mouse erythrocytes. The concept of expediency of using nanosystems of targeted action loaded with Rhenium compounds in medicine and diagnostics is formulated.
