The purpose: to develop of layered crystals GaSe and InSe intercalation technology by ferroelectric melt of MeNO3, (Me = K, Na, Rb, Cs) salt and to investigate electric, dielectric and morphological and properties of these structures with the aim of their use as a working material for solid state supercapacitor. Methods of research: optical (absorption, and reflection in IR region), electrical, dielectrical, XPS, and atom-force investigations of layered semiconductor crystals of А3В6 group intercalated by melts of ferroelectric RbNO3 and CsNO3 salts. The construction of electric furnace for InSe and GaSe layered crystal intercalation by MeNO3, (Me = K, Na, Rb, Cs) ferroelectric salts was developed. The electric properties and impedance characteristics of InSe crystals intercalated by RbNO3 was investigated. Chemical stoichiometry and surface morphology, as well as XPS investigations of InSe − RbNO3 ion-throne nanostructures was investigated.   Product Description popup.authors Grekhov Vassili M.
