The purpose: to develop the prototype of solid state supercapacitor based on layered semiconductor structures. Methods of research: i) different methods of layered InSe and GaSe semiconductor crystals and nanocrystals intercalation in melts of RbNO3, KNO3, NaNO3 ferroelectric salts were conducted; іі) on a specially selected samples in vide range from 6.0 to 0.12 eV optical (UV,VIS,IR), electrical and dielectric properties of intercalated structures were investigated, as well as (in region of photon energy from 20.0 to 0.1 keV) SEM, EDX, XPS, XRD, and AFM investigations were conducted. The prototype of solid state supercapacitor that was performed on a base of intercalated semiconductor structures Ga(In)Se<(Na,Rb)NO3> significantly expand the elemental base of materials that are able to condense large amount of a charge carriers. In the case of a next R&D investing this project have a good perspective to practical realizing in a new technologies for solid state supercapacitor production.
