The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological, organizational, informational aspects of personnel management and its adaptation to the conditions of export orientation of enterprises. Research methods. The study is based on methodological principles developed by leading scientists in the field of economic and social knowledge. Scientific results were obtained using special and general methods of research of socio-economic objects and processes: system analysis (in the study of the interaction of economic and social knowledge in the modeling of economic processes); dialectical and systemic cognition (in the study of the essence of competitiveness in a market environment and the formation of conceptual foundations of personnel management); questionnaires and grouping (in case of detection of the practice of using personnel certification at the enterprise of Prodmash Techservice LLC). It is established that the existing definitions of this concept have an evolutionary character. Depending on the change of approaches to the management of human activity, its content changed. When managing human resources, at the present stage of economic relations, it is advisable to focus on the ability of staff to generate new ideas, his desire to regularly improve their educational, professional and qualification level, to be able to adapt their psychophysiological characteristics to production conditions. To do this, it is necessary to form a human resources management system and develop a program to manage it. The author's vision of the stages of building an effective system and developing one of the possible variants of the human resources management program is given.
