Purpose of the study: development of guidelines for ensuring the development of human-centered competencies of future specialists at technical universities: the formation of their leadership qualities, social responsibility and the ability to implement ethical relationships in the work collective. Research methods: theoretical, empirical methods, methods of processing and interpretation of the data obtained, methods of mathematical statistics. The results: from a new angle considered the features of the development of human-centered competencies of future specialists in technical universities: problems of leadership, in particular, destructive; the structure and content of the social responsibility of teachers and students in implementation of European standards for the quality of education and ways of solving psychological problems that arise during its implementation; the content of socio-psychological processes and the influence of interpersonal communication in scientific organizations. Novelty: for the first time in Ukrainian psychology highlighted problems of destructive leadership; proposed the structure and content of the social responsibility of teachers and students; highlighted the main directions of psychological support for solving this problems; the markers of the main levels of the analysis of the activity of the enterprise and the integrative mental processes of the regulation of the scientific activity of the scientist were clarified and classified; the mental states of decreased and increased activity of the subject of scientific activity were established and classified. Implementation: the results introduced at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute".
