Within the framework of the given research work the theoretical and methodological aspects of increase of efficiency of business in Ukraine are defined; the practical mechanism of realization of the specified aspects is investigated and the directions of ensuring the effective activity of entrepreneurship are substantiated. The emphasis is made on reengineering as a tool for improving business processes of business entities. The mechanisms of smart industry development as a promising direction of Ukraine's economy are analyzed. Changes in investment flows in the regional context are studied. The expediency of applying a systematic approach to the management of logistics activities of business entities is substantiated. The formation of the e-commerce market in Ukraine is studied. The directions of improvement of management of assortment policy of the trade enterprise according to modern commercial principles are outlined. The study made reasoned conclusions and concrete proposals.
