MARKOV MODELS, AUTOREGRESSION, ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORKS, FUZZY LOGIC, KALMAN FILTER. The object of study – transient processes in complex technical systems. The purpose of the work is to develop mathematical models and algorithms for recognizing the state of critical infrastructure objects, to develop an object management strategy that will prevent emergencies. Research methods – mathematical and simulation modeling of transient processes in critical infrastructure objects. The analysis of the main methods of accident identification at critical infrastructure facilities is revealed and the advantages and disadvantages of using neural networks for accident identification are revealed. The expediency of using the combined use of artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic apparatus is shown. Studies have shown that the range of problems of fuzzy set theory can be extended to the analysis of the behavior of a complex system, for which it is impossible to develop an adequate mathematical model with a clear definition of functions and their indicators. The analysis of scientific publications and statistical results of experimental researches in the field of diagnostics and forecasting of parameters of power objects has shown that the highest percentage of application has neural network algorithms. To improve the recommended solution quality, a method of simultaneous application of trained and untrained neural networks is proposed. Algorithms of control of technical systems on the basis of fuzzy Kalman filter are analyzed. The results of the study can find practical application in energy, chemical and other industries during the design and operation of complex technical systems.
