The obtained results: An effective technology for obtaining doubled haploids of rapeseed through microspore culture, which is reflected in the methodological recommendations, has been developed. For obtaining the maximum number of haploid structures in the culture of rapeseed microspores we can propose such optimal elements of the technology as: pre-treatment of inflorescences or buds at low temperature of 6-7°C for 2 days, microspore culture in a liquid nutrient medium without thickener, post-treatment of microspores at the temperature of 35-37°C, simultaneous addition to the nutrient medium of phytohormones of two types (cytokinin and auxin), or replacement of phytohormone BAP with TDZ.
