The object of research is the processes of ensuring information security and cybersecurity, models, methods and mechanisms for monitoring the cyberspace of Ukraine in crisis and emergency situations. The subject of research is information security technologies for global monitoring of the cyberspace of Ukraine in crisis and emergency situations. The purpose of the research is to analyze and study modern requirements and threats to national security in the information sphere, substantiation, development and implementation of effective information protection technologies for global monitoring of cyberspace of Ukraine in crisis and emergency situations. Research methods: methods of information security theory, cryptology, modern protocols and technologies of computer networks and systems, systems theory and systems analysis, computer and simulation modeling, etc.
The interim report presents the results of analysis, research and justification of models, methods and protocols for personal data protection, taking into account the requirements of a decentralized environment; application of modern technologies in means of contact tracking; threat, intruder and security models, data depersonalization and network construction; cryptographic primitives and interaction protocols; rapid and early detection of intrusions and identification of network attacks, detection of unauthorized access; criteria and indicators of effectiveness of cryptographic protection mechanisms; methods of evaluation and comparative research of cryptographic primitives and interaction protocols; ensuring network security by means of traffic management and routing, etc.
