Such regulation of membrane properties occurs when a virus (an object with a large surface curvature) interacts with the plasma membrane of cells (an object with, in fact, a flat surface), and the nature of such interaction will be affected by amphiphilic drugs that can potentially change patterns of behavior. membrane receptors, transporters, etc. In order to adjust the devices on the example of a model neuroactive substance, it was shown that the electrophysiological method "planar bilayer lipid membrane" was 100 times more sensitive to the registration of membrane-active action and nonspecific violations of lipid bilayer integrity of the model substance compared to radioisotope method.
