Using a spectral equipment based on a Horiba Jobin Yvon T64000 triple spectrometer, measurements and analysis of vibrational Raman spectra of carbon nanostructures (graphene, graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes) and composites based on them, obtained under various technological modes has been performed. The influence of the technological conditions of synthesis and treatment on the optical, vibrational and structural properties, impurity composition and functionalization of carbon nanostructures obtained under various technological conditions has been studied.
