The object of research is cognitive disfunction during mental disorders, its neurophysiological, psychological and social aspects. The purpose of the study is to enhance the diagnostic process and improve the effectiveness of patients treatment and rehabilitation by developing a set of diagnostic and therapeutic measures based on the study of neurocognitive dysfunction. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: For studying the structure and intensity of neurocognitive disfunction in various mental disorders, their proportion in different periods and phases of the disease, including in the phase of symptomatic remission; to establish the specifics of neurocognitive disfunction for certain mental disorders (schizophrenia, affective mood disorders); - Monitoring the dynamics of neurocognitive deficit during the course of the disease.
